    24/7 Service

    This service not only puts your case at the top of the list, but also assigns an experienced Engineer to your case around the clock. An $800 expediting fee applies. You bypass our experienced customer service team and are given direct contact with the Engineer.     On-site and Remote Service

    If you have a downed SAN, or if your drive simply cannot leave the premises due to security or other reasons, we can send an Engineer to you. A one time $5000 fee applies. Your assigned Engineer will then do whatever possible to recover your data outside of our data recovery laboratory. If you have a SAN system, we can log into a workstation remotely using conventional methods, and make repairs to your logically damaged NTFS or VMware volume over the Internet.
